Even if you think that Hootsuite is allowed to take whoever they want as client, the craziest thing is that they first lied about it to a journalist last night, and then had to change their mind this morning once the proof of the contract went out. It's insane because the employee denouncing the situation went on the record to talk against the deal. How could they actually think that lying about it would allow them to get away with it?
