I am convinced that https://github.com/golang-migrate/migrate https://github.com/golang-migrate/migrate is enough. We've used it for ~3 years now and if it is enough for a platform with hundreds of scaled containers, including migration from docker swarm to gcp kubernetes and managed sql then it should be enough for all kinds of cases.
