I think this would probably be a good thing, but that it won't happen because it will reduce engagement and trust for the platform by drawing to attention how full of garbage it is - not in aggregate, lots of people know that, but in your immediate sphere, which I suspect most people like to believe is cleaner than the average. So: good for the world, bad for the platform. Not gonna be implemented by the platform owners...
