- colanderman 15y ago...it is if the requestor is paraplegic, as would befit the analogy to a non-programmer reporting a bug.
- dlsspy 15y agoA paraplegic can't learn to walk, and usually presents as such. A non-programmer can usually shed this condition with effort, or at the very least exchange laziness for money.
