You kill one, you kill the other. And then as people shift to nearly permanent WfH and the buildings go vacant, the restaurants become redundant too. Also, pandemic or not, commercial landlords charging $200-300+ sq ft compared to $50 are repeatedly murdering whatever foolish business moves in.
