So while the engineer is building the product, what would you do?
- wqTJ3jmY8br4RWa 6y agoStart a company with technical co-founders. The technical co-founders can stay focused on what they excel best: deciding what to build, hiring the product and engineering team, and building it. I will handle fundraising, handling the operations generally, and setting up the sales motion and GTM machine. Technical founders get much of the autonomy and upside of starting a new company while also getting support and guardrails so they can stay focused while having confidence the business is being built well by me.
