Isn't there significant latency when screen casting a phone?

- Liquid_Fire 6y agoNote that this video is not casting through a Chromecast wirelessly, but over HDMI. In my experience, screen mirroring over WiFi to a Chromecast is barely good enough to watch a video (even then it stutters occasionally), so playing a game would be a bad experience. My phone and Chromecast are both severel years old though - perhaps it works better on newer models.
