Then we find ourselves on a slippery-slope. People choose to waste time on Facebook. Then one could argue, people choose to sift through spam. People choose to use email. People choose to use computers. Etc.
At what point does it transition from a choose to a necessity, whereas otherwise a person would waste even more time filling out job applications on paper (do those exist anymore?) or waiting by a landline to receive a message, or waiting at a DMV instead of renewing a DL online.
