I am actively on week five of trying to make Cox realize they have a problem in their network. One of my clients in Gilbert Arizona sees intermittent packet loss outbound, making their service basically unusable. Cox both acknowledges that there is nothing wrong with the layer 2 DOCSIS circuit between our modem and their head node, and that there is loss within their network. They just don't care about fixing it.
