This is a very reasonable argument. My point focuses on remote absolutism versus a socially accepted blended model.
- jader201 6y agoUnfortunately, to a large extent, remote work works best in absolution. When companies and teams try to do a blended model, it’s not remote-first, and is almost always worse than absolution one way or the other.
