I just came back from eating, and two people used paypal over their phones to pay each other to split a meal... doesn't seem like carrying an extra gadget around is as good as the "what's your paypal" method.
- chromejs10 16y agoWell I mean it was just an example. But I'm sure that people are more likely to have credit cards than PayPal accounts. I personally am not a fan of it.
- allwein 16y agoWhat I did was epoxied the Square reader onto a keyring. That way I don't need to think about remembering it.
- mhb 16y agoI don't know how it works, but for infrequent situations like this couldn't you just use the Square service by typing in the card number?
