I guess it depends on everyone's personal experience with unions. From where I come from, unions are mainly a way for lazy employees to get immunity while doing nothing all day long. I would still maintain that if you live in a country where it's legal to be called at any time, any day, then you have a third world class labor law - go downvote US :>
