The network effects might be real but like I said, it's mostly self-inflicted. You can make friends who are not your race too.
- oaiey 6y agoWhen I am aware that a High-Caste network or a white-dude network is pushing me their candidates I have to watch for my diversity. Castes or races in the US are very similar in their effects. But I need to take a step back. I am not an expert on it, just rambling my thoughts.
