I’m wondering if authors removed the debug and mem counting code from Knuth CWEB files. All operations are accompanied by memory access counters.
I looked at the code and it’s as easy change of the define macro.
- svat 6y agoCurious about this: What factor improvement would removing them make? Have you tried it on a few large instances (comparable to those in the paper)?
