I've never understood the need to be an ongoing drone. Is this really the sort of thing people want in life, or is it from some notion of work makes the person? Some days I love what I do, most days I like what I do, occasionally I hate what I do. In none of those days do I define myself by what I do. Good on you for writing what you want to. If someone wants to focus purely on a single subject that's great FOR THEM. Personally, I'm rather saddened by the fact that I keep starting and stopping blogs for decades; I'm also thrilled to see someone who has kept one up for 15 years. Great stuff!
