PWAs are still around and kicking!
I have released a few PWAs for Android:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/dev?id=7467673149344735773 https://play.google.com/store/apps/dev?id=746767314934473577...
All the apps listed on my profile are all PWAs.
My understanding is it's still evolving and they are trying to work out ways to monetise from it.

- pjmlp 6y agoPWAs can be packaged in a special way via the store, both Google and Microsoft do this, which allows access to native APIs directly on Android and UWP.
- matthewhartmans 6y agoYep! and 1 codebase to rule them all! What's not to love!
