All good games published by Bethesda were MADE by other studios. Only the Elder Scrolls were made by them that holds critical acclaim despite/because of bag of various funny bugs. DOOM, Fallout NewVegas, Wolfenstein, Dishonored etc were good probably because Bethesda had no or limited input (latest Wolfenstein was quite bad and that might be due to Bethesda pushing some trends to be in the game). I hope this doesn't mean exclusive xbox titles (of course it means that... but one can hope).
