Either I don't get what you try to say, or you don't get my question. I am not sure where we talk past each other so I'll try to re-clarify my question. I'm not interested to understand why COVID deaths have come down. That's quite obvious to me. I'm also not interested why flu deaths have come down, that's also quite obvious to me. I'm interested why flu deaths are currently higher than COVID deaths. Measures to fight COVID are also applicable to flu, so things like lockdown + masks do not explain why flu deaths are higher than COVID deaths, despite COVID being more virulent and more deadly. I hope my question makes more sense :)
