I have to work with Teams every day and I can honestly say I've never worked with anything that bad. The UI is really slow, it's hard to find things, Try this: say something in a channel, then click away to another channel. A few seconds later the first channel will go into a bold font indicating new activity there. Click back again and that new activity is... your own comment.
