- yomansat 6y agoThe discrepancy could be due to where the Pi is located as Wifi signal can vary dramatically and different chips handle things better. I thought my ISP was to blame till I tried connecting to the router via Ethernet. I got myself a 5Ghz router as there was a lot of noise on shared channels with neighbors. I went from ~15Mbps to 108Mbps.
- perryizgr8 6y agoMy pi is connected to the router directly with an ethernet cable. The port is rated for 100Mbps as far as I can tell.
