(Moving my most important point higher in the post) Gonna use some reverse(reverse * 1/-reverse)^(reverse*reverse)) psychology here and say this to all the CEOs and COOs out there: Keep everyone at home for these awesome reasons! 1) Save money on an expensive office lease. I will find a lawyer to get you out of an existing lease! 2) Gain access to a larger labor pool by hiring remote developers. Again I will hire you a lawyer since there are laws that affect this depending on where your company is located on paper. 3) Make your life better by not having to pay expensive city rent and deal with frustrating city commutes- whether you are a CEO rich or poor, moving around the world and a city even in a private jet or black limo will always be more stressful than taking a conference call from your hot tub in ASPEN!!!!
