Oh, it's not being "exported" quite yet. To "export" it properly, we'd have to freeze out all of the Chinese companies from our markets entirely, unless they hire a bunch of NSA spies, and yield the controlling interest in their US operations to US government. And in case those Chinese companies do something we don't know how to do, pilfer their intellectual property wholesale as well.
