The firmware says you can't access the local browser UI. Insight management is for the online management UI. Even if you don't pay for insight, you should be able to access your switch locally without needing Netgear's permission.
- nobody9999 6y agoAccording the the relevant Netgear Knowledge Base article[0], config file uploads and downloads are supported without registration. I'd expect (I do not own one of these devices) that configuration without restriction can be done by uploading a modified config file.
