Why is Vitamin D not called "Hormone D"? I understood that vitamins could not be produced by the body, but hormones are produced by our bodies. How many "Scientists" would argue that hormone D therapy actually works instead of arguing against the efficacy of vitamin supplements and lumping the oddball possibly miss named Vitamin D in with them.
