I would be depending on someone else to check that everything they have ordered is correctly labeled. That's the problem. If I cannot trust the people whom I pay to correctly pack my meal, I certainly cannot trust some rando in the drive-through queue to read a faded and smudged label, and care about what they just read, and spend time and emotional energy to rectify the problem (which isn't even their problem).
