I would suggest AWS Lightsail. Easy to setup, flexible and scalable solutions including load balancing, CDN, and static IPs. Lightsail is a simple layer on top of the AWS complex suite of services; so it removes much of the complex work. They have ready to install blueprints for popular stacks. I've done many tutorials on AWS Lightsail and show how you can use their service for single site to multi-site hosting with variety of web hosting tools and services.
