I believe it's called a 'Meandered Inverted-F Antenna (MIFA) ' I used the footprint from https://github.com/prasad-dot-ws/ESP32_MIFA_PCB_ANTENNA https://github.com/prasad-dot-ws/ESP32_MIFA_PCB_ANTENNA recently, which is based on Espressif's gerbers for a sample pcb.
