This is true. He was quite along in age by that point and was clearly having trouble. I'm sure it didn't help that he recorded A Feast for Crows at the same time as A Dance With Dragons and was probably pretty tired. I believe he set a world record for those sessions. Still, even in his advanced age by that point he was better than John Lee, in my opinion.
