- not_kurt_godel 6y agoYou know, I agree with this in the sense that Trump, a fascist, let it happen the way it did out of pure reckless negligence and very possibly active malice. It is indeed pretty fascist to knowingly let a deadly virus rip through the nation unimpeded with all the ill consequences it entails, including economic distortions that disproportionately hurt small players. (Too political for HN? Guess we'll see.)
