Also putting the teaching into practice, by feeding the hungry, visiting the sick, welcoming strangers into your home (CouchSurfing/BeWelcome). Some of them have plenty of geeks (hardware, software, education, games), others do not (travel/environment, NGOs, music concerts, church).
