On another note, how was Panic able to get a registered trademark for "Nova"?

US 021 023 026 036 038. G & S: Downloadable web site development software; Downloadable computer software development tools" I guess the trademark it's very specific and not in conflict with let's say a model of a car. But also other companies can challenge the trademark later if they deem it in conflict with theirs.
