Which is an important factor, too! In Germany rates seem to be around 1%, as low as 0.5% fixed for 10 years. (US seems higher though)
- Xylakant 6y agoKeep in mind that this is the advertised best rate, often not including fees etc. It’s unlike that you’ll actually end up paying that rate.
