- blackearl 6y agoThese things are bizarre. I can't imagine wearing one out in public since it doesn't actually seem to be a medical device. It's more like an over complicated umbrella/raincoat. I'm shocked this isn't an image from The Onion
- fxtentacle 6y agoIt was actually designed as a sit-in umbrella for soccer games. For that purpose, it seems to make sense, despite looking a bit outlandish.
