If so, then that's got to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Think about what you are saying. So if you get a driver's license, you think you should be forced to wait until everyone else pass their driving test before you are allowed to drive? Just because you couldn't pass some military test, everyone else should wait to until you can pass? Talk about being selfish and wanting an "artificial unearned advantage".
