I appreciate the author’s insight and perspective on the situation - although I am also curious to know if, for example, Vietnam has the same testing capacity as Germany? Isn’t it possible that countries on average are dealing more or less the same when it comes to the pandemic and the spread of the virus, but the testing data is what is most variable?
