IMHO I'd rather see more social/economic justice, so that all of the increases in healthcare and expected lifespan are more evenly distributed. Otherwise with whatever extreme life extension stuff might happen, it'll just be unjustly distributed based on wealth and race is it is too often today. Also, man, let's not fear death too much : ). I'm not looking forward to it, but, my gut sense this whole extreme life extension thing is 50% pharoahnic - afraid of death and wanting to hold on to the toys you have, as opposed to living a full life.
