As a merchant, I get requests for refunds and even if I provide all the details about the transaction (for me that would be a license key and proof the license key was used) they always side with the buyer. Really, the only way to not get PayPal to approve a refund is to work with the customer and solve the problem so the customer cancels the refund request.
