I doubt Apple's arm license will be affected. But I think they will be getting tougher competition in the sense that Android phones will be getting a fair bit better now - most of them will be using super well integrated Nvidia GPU/ML chips in the future because of this deal. I think it will also bring Google and Nvidia closer together
