I'm the submitter. The whole second half of the article details the ways in which this orca population is stressed. It describes how their population has rapidly declined, they have much less food and there is evidence of them suffering injury from fishing nets and lines and possibly attacks from fishermen. Not to mention the noise and pollution generated by the heavy traffic in that stretch of water. Stressed then is an objective description and not 'a condescending one'. Anyway, the title has been changed now. I don't mind but I don't think adding stressed was unfair, given the details of stress described in the article I have outlined above.
