Recently i interviewed a guy that failed all the questions. During interview.

Corporations really needs to know what kind of problems they are trying to solve. And see if the candidate is right fit for the job.
- nullsense 6y agoWhat signals did you use to determine he could do it if he failed all the questions?
- X-Cubed 6y agoOne of the most important things to discover as an interviewer is a candidates thought process. The actual solution is often not that interesting, but how the candidate rose to the challenge, what questions they asked of us to improve their understanding, and how they explained their solution tells us a lot about their work attitude. While it would be great to present them with problems from our everyday work, that often requires too much background knowledge to cover in an interview. The aim with these questions is to discover what it would be like to work with the candidate.
