Considering the current approval number for tubbs-in-chief, the general public are stupid. Or actively malicious, which I ran into consistently when doing internal support for a company that employed a lot of pharmacists. There are plenty of even well paid people who are just miserable and will intentionally break things for self gain or even no reason whatsoever. People are trash. I've made a career out of designing to accomidate that fact.
