This is definitely something to consider. I actually once turned down an offer because I thought their process was too perfunctory. (Along with some other signs.) I didn't like what it implied about how they saw me as an employee/resource nor what it implied about my potential teammates. (And since the process was so minimal I also didn't get much chance to vet the team/working environment.)
