    If you are such a misanthrope that you are this disgusted by the mere suggestion that someone will share your personal space for a few hours, then I have nothing in common with you. That makes you unpleasant. If you are so self important that you write an entitled article about it, that makes you tedious. Hence, tedious and unpleasant.

        >I expected her to take the empty seats opposite of me, but no. >The woman looked at me and asked, “May I sit in that window seat?” I seriously thought I heard her wrong while she was speaking through her mask. The mere way she words this makes it clear what she really thinks of this person. She doesn't think of them as another human being. They are a nuissance to her. The fact that she has to deal with them is an affront. It's such an affront, she wrote a long post about the burden she bears. Nice little jab at the end there, subtly calling me a misanthrope. I thought I was the one who was insensitive. My feelings are really hurt over here, man.
