These are cars.
- qayxc 6y agoTechnically they aren't. Under EU regulation these count as light vehicles (class L; Mopeds, Motorcycles, Motor Tricycles and Quadricycles - L6 to be specific), not cars. You need a class-B driving licence to operate cars (i.e. age 17+), but these vehicles can be operated with a class AM license (i.e. age 14+).
