Resolution gives number of pixels and aspect ratio the total number does not. array[3840][2160] is clearly not the same as array[4M] Also your assumption of 4K is wrong. Its 4K not 4M it means 4000 and it means approximately number of vertical pixels. 4K UHD or just UHD however means exactly 3840 x 2160 thats whats written on the box of your monitor. People usually think of that if they say 4K.
