- ggm 6y agoParis traffic means the long-term average street speed is 20kph. Read the article. These toy cars can't use the peripherique or the motorways like the one lady di crashed in. The kids will be fine.
- mauvehaus 6y agoAs the current top comment indicates, 14 year-olds have been driving mopeds for decades. And as a great many more comments indicate, souping them up for about that long less 10 minutes.
