I would not. I've experimented with it enough to know that I am much more comfortable executing with flask, rails, or dotnet. As a manager, I would dread trying to find engineers (I'm not in SV/SF), and I definitely would not want to build a product where everyone was learning the language/framework as we went (and everyone is thinking "re-write" before the first year has passed).
As others have said, if you're building a business, use what you know. Use what you can execute on the fastest, with the fewest unknowns, and with the most confidence.
