If it was that simple why does literally every nuclear power plant run way behind schedule and way over budget?
- AnthonyMouse 6y agoFirst, because there are regulatory problems (e.g. regulators changing the rules after the part of the plant they apply to has already been built). Second, because they're not being built at scale.
