2, 3 - Based on the Cruchbase page for Apilayer, they were acquired by Ardan Labs yestday.(?) https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/apilayer-ltd https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/apilayer-ltd
Or maybe the two companies bought Caddy together? I'm not really sure.

- mholt 6y agoHonestly that Crunchbase page looks automatically generated by a bot. It's not accurate.
- hobofan 6y agoEven if it's not automatically generated, Crunchbase is (or was?) a crowdsourced wiki, and one of the worst ones at that, with next to no quality control and moderation.
- ardan_bkennedy 6y agoApilayer acquired Caddy only. This is a mistake by Crunchbase.
