I would add -Overtime policy -Expected work hours -Sick leave policy -Internet access policy. I have been bit at all of those, from companies that expected 60 hour weeks as a default and expected 90 hour weeks when things went to hell, companies that only give three sick days a year, and finally, companies that by default block much of the internet.
